Who sells gaurd rollers? I can't imagine any normal tool shops having them

I have heard Bursons sell one.

Any ones to watch out for?

be prepared to get a machinist to make you a new block of thread as you will strip it first time you use it.

The tolerances are shocking and the alloy terrible quality, the thread has so much play in it but thats china mass production for you.

I spent $140 having a machinist make me another thread block, runs sweet as now.

if it strips it goes back under warranty, I would be prepared to do it over and over again

I own one of those guard rollers, has done 20 guards to date-

i have had no issues with the threads stripping as I go real slow when rolling and gradually pump them guards all the way out!, had paint chipping on some tho but that's the risk you take, heat gun on the paint does help heaps, I found it a pain to use on lowered cars with normal jacks, to get the cars up high enough to use it properly
(the tool is fairly long and requires the car to be quite high up, my lowline trolleyjack and stands only just get it high enough in my driveway) -
I have access to a hoist @ work so I naturally use that! Coz its easier to roll at waist height...

It cost me $130 brand new(TQ branded) from a SP tools dealer that works from a van(like snap on, etc etc)
