i still have to put the seats in it and finish the dash, get some rear shocks

Well its been awile since i last updated my thread. I have since fitted a new turbo and bleed valve, retrimmed my recaros covered my dash ,
and fitted new carpet.
I have been in touch with the engineer and i just have to do some little things like wire up the reverse lights and it should be all good.
pulled it out of the barn and gave it a clean today , checked fluids etc and a short run down my street, but will have to get it tuned again as
it hits fuel cut at the top of each gear.
Hoping to get to Qr for a friday night or next option is the SD day in june , hope its finished then.cheers

Yeah biggo, car spins through 3rd and skates into 4th, might have to give it some more traction or it will be too slow.
I had a short stint in hospital and a long agonising wait for results but its all good cause im not going to kark it, on the mend now.

daltrim
12th September 2010, 08:52 PM
Its been a fair old while since i updated this , but it has made some progress .
1#I purchased some rear coilovers and installed them.
2#Finally got aroud to putting on my racing stripes.
3# retrimed my back seat.
4#retrimed my doorcards.
5#got some driving time at powercruise! (which was awesome)
I only have to put some stockies on it and wire up the reverse lights and its all good for rego, fixed all the other little stuff and engineer has said he will blue plate it no probs,
Time and money are the only things holding me back, but should have the car at the Oakey street spints in november, Also have to fix a busted water line as it shit itself on the last day of
powercruise.
