Car - AE71 Corolla with T18 diff, with an open center
motor - 4AC
use - Daily
problem - Sounds like a whirring noise coming from the rear end, so I can only guess diff. Mainly on throttle off, generally goes quiet when pressing the accelerator. New oil was put in about 3 months ago. Open center.
occurs/started when - Its been getting louder and louder over the past month
Hoping it might be something like diff bearings and not the diff itself, any help would be great
