What flywheel can be used if you fit a w58 supra box ? Or is it more dependent on what clutch you fit ? If so what clutch are people using with 100 kw at the rear wheels ?

Nope, its much more dependant on what your bellhousing fits.

Apparently my last car was using an AE95 flywheel and clutch, never replaced them though so I never saw them to confirm, might be worth looking into though. No idea what bellhousing I was running sorry.

Run:
any 4a-g flywheel
any clutch to suit flywheel
replace the spline piece in the clutch plate replaced with the one to suit w58.

^^ Given Toyota's habit of using parts across many models, you can usually find an off the shelf clutch (from a Hiace or Landcruiser or whatever) which suits the 4AG clutch diameter and W58 input shaft.
But even if not, as you say, it isn't a big deal to respline or get a custom plate.

There is one for a 200mm flywheel.
The other option is use a GZE flywheel, machined down pressure plate and stock GZE clutchplate with some dome head allen key screws.
TTZ32, get some pics of your clutch up.
