Looking to organise a mountain cruis through Kyogle area. Cruise will start on the Gold Coast (a place where no cops are present we dont like defects) and then head through Canungra and up past Rathdowney. Have done this many times its a nice smooth road. If we can sort out a date I will ost up the run.

Okay then guys and girls it has enough interest for me to make this thing happen! If everyone is down for this Saturday which is the 31st of October then we will make it a go. Please can everyone who wants to go pm me so I can add you to the list. We will meet somewhere in the Nerang area and then head through Canungra - Rathdowney and back down through the border. Will stop somewhere for somewhere to eat. As soon as I can get at least 5 cars for this cruise then I will set it all up. Trust me guys I can assure you no cops throughout the day apart from maybe in Canungra. Do not worry about defects or cameras I will organise a good route. So who I believe to be going (let me know by pm to confirm your spot or take you off the list). Meeting time will be around 6.30 am and we will be around 4 hours.

Having a group meeting before we leave to make sure everyone knows where we are going etc. Try and be there on time, however we will be waiting around for an extra 30 minutes to make sure everyone is there. For anyone who hasn't already heard, the day cost me...

- $60 fuel
- Heaps of organisation
- Heaps to get my car running alright

and then the bad...

- Defect kingdom
- Court order
- $80 P plate fine
- $100 tow truck
- Loss of rego plates
- Ordered to take my car to PITS

But seriously, it was going to happen and all I am glad is that everyone else was cool as I would hate to be the one to organise a 'cop meet'. Mat some great guys today and the like of Brendon, Callum, Sam, Timmay and the cops haha made my day. Great to meet such nice people and thanks so much for turning up, even though the cruise part never worked out lol.

Sounds great guys I wish I could have made it to Springbrook I practically live on the mountain. Saw some great cars today such a shame about those cops. Will have to see how it all turns out but from what they explained to me I basically have nothing to go on. Looking at 6 months to 1 year suspension, $600 fine + the $80 for no P plates. LOL at cop pics they are sick!

Best thing was the cops expression when he asked me to open the bonnet. He looked at me as if to say...

"WTF are you doing? You dont open your bonnet like that"... Glorious bonnet pins haha.

I saw cops in the distance as we were pulling into the RSL so I tried a sneaky-sneaky parking spot in the back streets....next thing you know the police come around and pull fozz over in front of me...so I did a u-turn and went through back streets, main roads trying to get back to the RSL...I panicked, took left, rights, right, lefts....got lost, ran into more cops, got pulled over, got ready for a reaming but then it started to pelt down rain and I got let go. I was warned "go home, if I see you with ya mates again you're up first". Not cool, I tried to rejoin you guys at Maccas but I got majorly lost out in the sticks somwhere with no signs and no refedex = fail. I found a shanty looking butcher place and got directions home. So lucky I got out of defects though, unlike Jamie...poor guy.
