havent been to a dentist in years , clean my teeth 3 times a day , morning , before work (night shift) and before bed.

wisdom teeth came through straight and proper

dentist asked me where i grew up as he was amazed at the condition of my teeth,
thats on top of smoking 16mg winnie reds a pack a day since i was 16. Ive quit for the last 9 months or so now and cant see my self going back.

Cant see the point in not looking after your teeth, takes like 5 mins a day and saves money and hassle down the track.

I once pulled out a front tooth with a pair of pliars when i was young so i would get money from the tooth fairy. Lucky it was a baby tooth.

Brush twice daily strictly with gel triple stripe :D never floss or mouthwash. no cavities ever (knock wood)

I went to the dentist for first time in 10 years since high school. He said my teeth were in better shape than some patients that see him every 6 months! And my wisdom teeth were fine too (even tho my brother and sister had to have theirs out!)
He checked my record and said it'd "been a while" since I last been. In 1995 stacked down a set of stairs skating, broke lower central incisor in half! and had it stuck back together, with a note "hope it holds" lol it's still chompin' and hasn't discoloured which I guess is pretty lucky.

just habit, wake up brush em, cruise round for an hour eat breaky brush em go to work or uni or what ever, then come home have dinner and brush em just before i go to bed. I keep a little flossing tool in the shower and floss my teeth in the shower.

Yeah I went in for a filling today, came out with half a root canal (half to be finished next friday)

That will make #3 root canal for this year.

And I look after my teeth. I was just gifted with a set that are about as reliable as a Holden Camira...

if your not going to eat or do anything for a while id keep it minimal but if your like me and brush all the time i rinse pretty good. gotta get rid of all the shit your brush loosened.

dentists often run cyclic repeat custom. I went to one dentist who argued i needed over 1500 dollars worth of work done, didnt believe him, went to another, said i had the best teeth he had seen for someone my age.

I used to not give a fuck when i was a kid and I have a sweet tooth.....so i have alot of fillings!
These days I brush 2 to 3 times a day.......not that it helps,I also think that if someone judges you by your broken smile,then that person is alot more ugly on the inside....True!

Although broken teeth do suck.......Cuts my top lip up awesome if i get punched in the mouth! had one go rite through once....mad scar inside and out,lol
