Hey guys thought I'd post up my project finally, its taken me a while to find a descent shell for the rebuild to start. I use to drive Yellow Flat front keto with bolt on Flares last year a few of you may have seen it around b4 I remodeled the front by hitting a guard rail :(

Anyways I found a new doner with minimal rust and nice and straight body work which I purchased from a girl in Ipswich.

The powerplant which is being transplanted from my old keto consists of the following:

BLOCK:
5k Block: Bored + Decked Chemical Clean & New Cam Bearings
Pistons: Hypertec High Silicon Lightweight Cast +.020thou
Crank:Linished + Polished Std BigEnd & Mains. Balanced King Comp Bearings
Rods: Resized Small End Bushes & Balanced
Timing Chain: Competition Double Row Timing chain & Gears (Adjustable)
Valve Lifters: Sealed Power (327 Chev) Solid Lifters
CAM Shaft: WADE 35-75 approx
Drive Belt: K series custom Gilmer Belt Drive.
Timing Set to 18-20 Deg B.T.D.C

CYLINDER HEAD:
3K Large Port
Hot pressure tested, Ports extensively modified and flowed 185HP on Flow Bench. Combustion Chambers modified to maximise air fuel mixture flow.
Valves: Inlets 38mm Exhaust 31mm
Valve Springs: CROW Comp springs
Valve Guides all have been K.Lined

Headers: Mercury 4 into 1 Large Pipe (38mm) Match Ported to Head.
Inlet Manifold: Redline Match Ported to head & Carburettors
Carburettors: 40mm Dellorto (Complete Rebuild and matched to engine). Anodized Inlet Trumpets

Flywheel: Machined, Lightened & Balanced
Clutch: Exedy Sports Tuff. Pressue Plate Balanced.

Distributor: Bosch Reconditioned with MSD Electronic Ignition Setup.

This is tidy! I remember seeing your yellow ke everywhere I went, should be a tidy little 71 once you've done the conversion.
