but, I had redlines on my red 86 when i first got it, to me they looked bland against the red paint so i decided to run some 5mm white pinstripe tape along them to make them somehwhat of a redline/whiteline hybrid, i thought it looked ok, seeing as it broke it up a bit

mine used to have redlines.. changed to cheap chinas so i wouldn't stuff them when josh kept tapping my rear quarters...

no, this is what primer/base coat is for.
car is still epic, i just dont think its quite "perfect" but its obviously used and thrashed so things like this dont matter.
