hey guys new project

ke55 corolla complete with rust and spiders. free from my brother inlaws farm.

sr20det black top standard engine.
rb20 afm
remapped computer and s15 injetors
040 fuel pump.
t3/t4 chinese turbo
just the basics
hopefull try get a hilux diff in there

going to do this on a real chepo budget.

suspension will be all sprinter shit shoe horned in. as i have my old shit lieing around

tonight i just converted the cable clutch to hydralic clutch.
parts used
ae71 clutch master modified pedal box added a bolt abit of cutting and bang there we have it
you must remove speedo cable and open up the hole just a small amount.



tunnel is tight nothing a hammer couldnt fix yaya. i had to cut the tunnel down were the shifter goes to get the gearbox to fit in the tunnel as sr20 gearbox is dam long.

if u want it shorter use a RB20 box with a SR bellhousing.

new update picked up some more parts for the ke
044 fuel pump $80 special not bosch some cheapo brand should work fine tho.
picked up sr20de will be putting 1.8mm steal headgasket and tap block for oil lines for turbo.

decided to use a rx7 cooler top mount had lieing around from when i bought my 13bt for my sprinter

sr20 gearbox is really good for the length the shifter is in the best position.

quick update
radiator is in bolted up and hoses on.

picked up some new parts todat got a damaged intercooler 600 by 300 by 90 has been hit but doesnt leak will work fine for free of O.H performance i work next door. the rx7 cooler wasnt going to work.

scored a hilux diff out of a early hilux its the riht length for ke55 no shortening required drum brake. $200 yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

more progress
got cooler in mounted and hidden sprayed black for ghetto spec.
pulled my diff apart had a quick look its got 4.3 gears yo.gonna weld it for some lockage.the axles are massive.

it is so close to striaght bolting on to the leafs slightly bigger u bolts and slight mods should fit

hey guys more more more updates got the junk old diff out test fitted the diff. i cant belive how easy this diff is to fit. all you have to do is on the diff were it sits on the leaf spring you have the dowl centres the diff you have to drill the hilux diff hole bigger and get longer U bolts and drill a little out of the bottom plate that holds it all in
