Make it end of febuary, so everyone can save a bit of cash, and you can get heaps of track time, I am banned as I worked there, and told Mr Gary Holt to stick it in his ass.

here are the conditions of the corporate day

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is to be paid when you make a booking to confirm your time.
Final payment is to be made on the day of racing.
If you book a certain number of people the deposit will not be refunded if they cancel or do not turn up.
You must pay for the number of people you book for, including the racing and the catering.
If you wish to be invoiced, please notify Eastern Creek customer relations host prior to the event.

Bookings should be made at least 1 month in advance to guarantee the date you wish to hold your event.

with a $500 deposit needed and me not knowing you great folk i would rather the rock up and ride concept.

so how do i set up a poll? name some dates people!
