Can anyone replace my dizzy O-ring?

I've got a Toyota Corolla AE92 with the small port 4AG. The distributor inner O-ring has carked it and needs replacing. I've done the the outter one but it turned out to be the other.

What I need is someone competent enough to take the dizzy off, replace inner O-ring and re-set ignition timing to 12. I know stock BTDC is 10. How much am I looking roughly?

I'm located in the S.E suburbs, near dandenong.

Any help would be great.

theres a dyi on twincam forum and apparently the inner 0-ring is had to obtain il get the link when i find it
