Sorry its not a bug but I did not know where this topic should go -

I have a link I would like to share about another car website/forum. I can not see anything in the rules that say I cant but I dont want to post it and find I missed a warning somewhere. Can someone let me know if I can post it and what section would be the best place for it. Thank you
