I live in the hills, pretty close to where it was said to originate.
My house started shaking and the ground was rumbling for about 10 seconds. It felt somewhat like a plane flew extremely low over my roof. So yeah you can imagine I was pretty dissapointed when I found out it was something as simple as a lowly earthquake. I was preparing for fallout and life as a ghoul in the Australian wasteland.

FARK!!!! did you lose the fridge or anything like that?

at my place there was a slight shudder(like a big wind gust) then the cat came running in all freaked out, but it went for like 1-2 secs tops.

Didn't know anything till this morning, my dog didn't get restless and that is the first thing which happens during an earthquake. birds and the like get really restless, then the rumble below arrives.

This is Adelaide, this is the most exciting thing to happen since some dude dropped a burnout in Rundle street.

So true but even the earthquake itself wasn't that exciting! oh Adelaide..

I was up near rostrevor college at a mates house just sitting outside having a smoke and didn't feel a thing.
