it's about as close to 100% stock as you get and pretty damn clean with just under 190 000 km :))

plans for now are:

have.

set of 14x7 +12 mk11's. or maybe ill just leave the fully sick chromes.
cut down 86 struts and adm brakes.
kyb agx shocks.
cambertops.
chrome rear bar.
nardi steerer.

need to buy.

excel g shocks for the rear.
4 or 5kg springs.
ill get the front bar chromed to match the rear one i have as its the dx style bar just painted black.

the two things i dont like about the car are the t40 so hopefully soon ill put a t50 in it. another thing are the windows in the back which will have panels welded in. i found a van sitting in a paddock in the hills out the back of mine so hopefully ill be able to get cut outs to weld in off it.

what do you guys think?

cheers guys! yeah your not wrong matt, its a huge improvement! did you end up getting your bike? your old ke is just sitting in the shed at the moment i havnt done all that much but i should be getting coilovers soon, iv gotten into the rust a bit, sorted the hole around the shifter (almost), put different springs in the back, tacho dash (not working yet) etc. new waist gate will come when i do my tax return as well as some stuff from ajps. i spose i should put a thread up for it.

haha cbr would be a bit different to a crf! that thing would haul some serious ass though! do you already have your open bike license matt?
ill put a thread up when i get the new waistgate in cos then it will be worthy.

yeah destroyer it will be staying 4a-c, i have matts old 3sgte ke in the shed so all i want is a nice clean reliable daily that is comfortable and handles well.

the roads out back of mullum are pretty bumpy sam there not that fun. there would be some sweet roads out the back of lismore wouldn't there? that road near springbrook where those ^ pics are taken is wicked!

cheers man, i was stoked to find it! i think i may have seen yours on rolla club, the 'pie van' yellowish with jelly beans maybe? i like the dx front low roof alot, but i think mine has potential too. yeah for now just the short stroke shocks without reseting the leaves as it lowers it a bit, later down the track the whiteline (i think) van/wagon sway bar kit. and reset leaves. nothing to fancy.

cleaned these and got some tyres fitted, waiting for rw to put them on.

http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/2/8/9/7/47235.jpg

got some cut outs to fill the rear windows, they were supprisingly rust free just a little mossy. had them all cleaned cut to size ready to weld in on the shed floor and my mum ran them over in her car :gah: looking for new ones now.

http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/2/8/9/7/47236.jpg

sprayed wheel arches with sound deadener paint. the plan was do the whole underbody but i ran out of paint, it doesn't go far. will get more soon.
