Made of gloss black acrylic (plastic) Size is 100mm x 20mm x 6mm thick. Seem to fit into pockets OK :)

Have roadtested this one for a month on my own keyring, and they are pretty rugged.

Depends on wind speed and other weather conditions, the keyrings are taped to the pigeons legs.

Regular post takes approx 2 business days from capital city to another capital city.

I'm thinking foul play at the moment.

Read closely : no picture, no keyring re-sent.

The one that arrived in four pieces is bloody impossible.

Some people have only had part of it left inside the envelope. I stuffed them all myself.

I've also tried cracking them with my bare hands and had to tuse the edge of a table to do it.

My keyring has also lived in my pocket all day every day for the past 6-7 weeks and not had an issue. So its definitely been foul play.

For the people who have sent me images of the cracked keyrings, yours will be in the post tomorrow.

Good to hear it stood up to your stress test :D I keep my keys in my back pocket. I try not to sit on them, but sounds like they can survive a fair bit of punishment.

Probably only going to aggravate him if you keep posting before he replies. Practical suggestions include, we can post our faulty ones back to you to show Aus Post or we can pay for shipping for the new batch to help with some of the cost.

I really liked the original design, but if you were to redo them, it would be better (in my opinion) to have them a little bit smaller in size. I think a reduction in size might be useful as I found with keys attached, the old size was a bit on the 'large' size.

I'm with Blinded. Mine broke pretty quick, I glued dat shi, then it broke again, just like my heart.

And on the point of the size I agree as well, I didn't mind the thickness at all (I liked it being chunky) but it was a little on the long side.
As most of us will have exactly the same key, and these were longer then them.
And, I keep my keys on my belt loop with a crab for easy access so the longer it is the more it'll stab into my leg and give me the shits. :)

Just some food for thought!

Personally I don't mind either way (bottle opener or not) but i can imagine the bottle opener option will be the winner.
