brake pedal slowly away when braking

problem - the pedal drops away as you brake but you can brake again and it will be back at the top feeling firm

occurs/started when - I bought it

personal situation - cannot win any trophies!!!

id say either you have leaking slave cylinders or your master is about to have the dick

New or re-co master cyl needed....
Any evidence of a fluid leak anywhere? (paint stripping)

As above cliton, I'd re-co the lot.

clean up the system (externally), pump the brake like a mofo, and inspect for leaks.

just pull the drums off and peel back the boots on the slave

more than likely its that. and its easy to check

Could be an internal leak past the seals in the master cyl, if the pedal goes a lil soft stomp on it a lil harder and see if it firms up, by stomping it the seals in the master will flare out due to pressure and seal better.
