Hey, so what i need to know is where to wire the alternator charge light to, ive searched for ages and have come up with nothing.

from the alternator plug is 3 wires, blue wire is charge light? correct me if im wrong please. which then comes to a plug which then goes to no where, where is it ment to go to?

turn the key to on, but don't start the car - the charge light should be on. Now ground each of those wires to the negative side of the battery and check the charge light each time. When the light goes out you've found the right wire. This is me being lazy, and I don't think it is likely you will damage anything, but you never know, so approach with caution.

Sorry just realised i didnt say the problem very well, the charge light is not connected to the dash so meaning no light, so i need to know how to connect it to the dash. thanks for the info though.
