get the t-series dissk rear end from a jap sprinter with a 2-way. best thing i ever did to my car.

you'll come into a little trouble when unbolting the pedal box as the demister pipe lies in front of the top bolts, can i recommend, rather than bending the bitch out of the way, i guy i spoke to had an idea to just drill through the plastic pipe, get the bolt, and he just taped it up... that or plug them..
