mooaarrr low!
bigm
20th January 2011, 08:22 PM
Yes do want more low
But so far its has only cost me the wheels.
to get more low (or where i want it) it needs shortened struts as current ones bottom out. And not doing that,
So the strat is, 15-20mm lower with a small bump stop to prevent metal on metal.
Currently has 70mm clearance to the chassis so its going to HATE more since its a daily

Stopel had his daily driven Getz at the meet. As much as I’m sure some of you guys will scoff at this (I’m pretty sure Marv just had a heart attack), I love the idea of this as a daily. A less than two year old car with wheels and coilovers that will give you spare change from 10k. Perfect!
Getting wheel alignment on Saturday,
will have more pics soon maybe.

This is awesome!
All of the getz's I have driven were relatively sluggish and felt like they had a massive flywheel, how do you find it?
Any plans for the track? Lakeside is fun in fwd.

We should race daily's at lakeside
bigm
20th November 2011, 10:34 AM
some what keen.
Its not bad to drive really, maybe the big flywheel helps doing mad skids!
Drives better already after wheel alignment, just need softer rear springs and stiffer shocks and we are on. also doesnt have a front swaybar now hahah
