Saw this on auszoku, looks to be a cool setup.
Don't really like the placing of tsurikawa though, did you cut a hole in the bumper for it?

wheels themselves poke out a fair bit but thanks to the tyre stretch, only a light roll on innerlip will be needed.

i'm not happy with it either to be quite honest, but it was that or nothing.
not in the bumper itself, but a made a slit in the metal apron thing beneath it.

I don't have any videos since the wheels have gone on.
I have a video of me popping tyres, but standstills are pretty lame.

hopefully I'll be able to take it out the shed soon so I can get some good photos and apply for all japan day.

declan

Jdm-Mcc
9th February 2011, 08:52 AM
No when he says angled upwards, the exhaust is bent to be angled upwards, not held up abit more with cable ties lol other then that it looks fat man

R&D Mechanical
9th February 2011, 12:35 PM
the bend has to start from the diff aswell, not the gay sweeper ones haha

engine pics man!

declan
9th February 2011, 02:19 PM
yeah it was bent upwards from just after the diff haha, i need to weld it on properly.

looks good, how much power and talks does it make?

declan
9th February 2011, 09:39 PM
180kw on 7psi, not sure on torque though.
when (read : if) i start looking for more power, i'll throw in my 040 i have laying around and some bigger injectors and take it off to get a tune.
but it slides third comfortably in the dry so i'm happy for now haha.

Nice stuff, I just helped my mate build his R30 4 door, full driveline swap to R33 stuff, strut towers, rear K frame, steering, the whole lot. Gave me a New appreciation of those cars...
