Hey dudes,

Anyone feel like a track day down at MC motorsport/RAC driver traing centre/ex-AHG place? Looking at end of March-ish, I guess. Can book 7 days a week according to website but I'm guessing spots are more open on weekdays.

It'll be $85 per person if we get 10 people or $75 if we get 16. Price sorta goes above 85/person if we have less than 14 people.

So, how many people are interested? and would you guys prefer weekend or weekday? Morning (8:30 to 12:30) or afternoon (12:30 to 4:30) session?

Just gauging interest, if we have enough I'll pick the session the most people can attend. Not sure if we can do skidpan + circuit or not but I'll ring up and confirm sometime.

I would like to, but my gearbox is still dicky :P

On the basis that I'll never be able to constantly get my car into the gear that I want, kinda puts my car out of track events till it gets fixed :(

Otherwise I would have been very keen.

I'm keen, but my car will probably still be off the road around end of march.

Wow

There is little interes. I would come but im not really that interested in going to AHG to be honest in the AE86 as its not really suited to the track but would consider taking my EVO. I would rather take the 86 to Barbs for a track day where its better suited and more fun than the EVO...Lol. It would be cool to have an AE86 only day some where with good attendance.....?

Not sure how many of the cars will be 86's :P I know I will most likely be in the IS, and there will be a couple of s13's.

Yeah, bring whatever. I'll probablt be driving silvia, mate will bring his 180 if he hasn't sold it by then and another mate might bring his v8 celica.
Moebius, bring the AE92

Phirom, bring the T-18? do you still have that car? 3T-GTE yet?

I might be keen just depends on the date as I work away 2 weeks at a time. Don't know if my standard brakes will keep up but I guess I'll find out.

Standard brakes will work ok. I did however lock my rear drums because of brake fade on the front :P

Moebius, bring the AE92

Good point, that would give me motivation to finally replace the clutch. I'd prefer an arvo session.

Anything happening with this? Just realised it's the end of march and I haven't even started working on my ae71 yet. Might as well give the 4ac one last send off :)
