Chassis Spinner?

Sorry bit behind on the lingo but what are those things that you can put your bare chassis on and spin so you can work on the undercarriage? and what are they worth to buy?

they are called a rotisserie, my dad paid about 1k for a brand new one, you can pick them up cheaper second hand.
