just thought i would let every one know, who didnt that leighton from SA in a yellow hachi and ben from vic in his bronze 86 came 1st and 3rd, leighton got a streeter body kit and ROH rims and vinyal stickers, clutch and some other things and im not sure what ben got! leightons entrys were pretty impresive

I was there too watch and yes both cars did quite well. I was supporting Mick Tyler, driving his missus's ceffy in PRO class, a car we had only built up days earlier and driven down with approx 170hp atw........ He did quite well to come 6th I think. I was impressed with leigtons drifting, however what is he going to do with those 18's is beyond me.................

D1 Spec no pics was too busy in the pits working on the car or watching the drift to take pits http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/tongue.gif There were a few good shunts into the wall too, a 180sx with s15 front smashed it hard and turned up the next day with a S13 front lol Justin I WAS actually looking for people to come on thurs, thought your uni/work might of got in the way otherwise would of invited you man. chapel st has been dead for years, anyone with a clue and a nice cars stays away to much shit and stereotyping, all round nice drifting, day was good

Unfourtanely being from QLD and not having a clue about Melbournes "cruising scene", we went to Chapel St.......... If we had of know somewhere else to go we would of gone.........
