thought I might share one of many strange ass dreams Ive had with u's

Hmmm... was pretty bizarre...(like all my dreamz...fuck me they amaze me sometimes)

anywayz.....I'll cut out the monsters and all that shit that occured (no shit) and skip to the part where I was coming out of a movie marathon ..??
walking back to my Sprintang....only to find the rims missing.....everything stripped, 3 parking tickets on it.... smashed windows ect... I was horrified...lol..
Now...a few weird things surrounding this whole sequence... My old headunit that had been once stolen before had been replaced but was not working...hmm....and then I find 3 characters I know just up the road.. who I figure have done everything... which one of which was the previous owner of the 86 who wants it back......
anywayz I cant do shit as Im out numbered 3-1.... then outa no where a larger crowd developed and started rukusing what was left of my lifeblood (86)..
all I could do was watch from a distance and watch it get pushed into the river that was behind where it had been parked..... I woke up shortly after this...
(many other strange happenings occured during this sleeping-dream period..... just totally random shit I can not explain..)

but yeh.... it was a traumatic experience seeing all that happen to my pride and joy..lol

on that note........ I find dreams to be astonishing ahy.....the stuff (well that I ) dream of is so far beyond reality sometimes it makes me think, is my brain on drugz... -- no comment)

LOL in contrast to that I had an awesome dream last night http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I dreamt I was competing at Queensland Drift Nats and all my friends were staying at the same hotel with me and we were having an awesome time together and the hotel had an all you can breakfast buffet with an absolute mountain of pancakes and maple syrup http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/laugh.gif

Hmm I wonder how much of that will come true in less than two weeks time http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/wink.gif

Heh well I have night terrors all the time..... its not uncommon for my G/F to wake me up several times a night some weeks.

Always someone wanting to do me harm, dogs chasing me, demons, zombies heaps of different types of decaying bodies being reanimated.

Sometimes if I try to defend myself with weapons they will not jam up on me rather the triggers need like 2 tons of pressure to squeeze.... lol a vast contrast from my outings to club pistol shooting, which I think compounds my feelings of terror more as I know something is definately not right as they don't need that kind of effort.

But yeah I'm known to swear my ass off in my dreams.. not just in english too... much to the amusement of my G/F http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/ohmy.gif

Age has alot to do with it.... people in their middle teens tend to have night terrors alot due to daily "teen" issues such as acceptance and trying to establish and even find out who they really are as a person without the judgement and persecution of others such as their peers.

Only thing is I am way out of my teen age years and I still get night terrors and are definately not assisted by use of "chemz". They seem to bother me less and less as the years go by but every now and then I get a real doozy. I've been inspired many times to write screenplays based on my dreams lol. Would be perfect for short films.

When I was in high school I used to get nightmares so bad I was afraid to go to sleep. I started going nuts from lack of sleep, f**ked up my HSC, it was really bad http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/wacko.gif I still get pretty scary nightmares occasionally but at least now I tend to forget them when I wake up, they don't play on my mind so much.

I find the thing that works best for me to avoid nightmares is to kind of start my own dream when I go to bed. When I lay down to go to sleep I start kind of daydreaming about something I like, imagining little scenarios in my head that turn into dreams as I fall asleep. It backfires sometimes though when I cant switch off and I end up laying in bed thinking about stuff instead of sleeping http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/huh.gif

Yeh ....... I dont really get nightmares as such......I get freaky dreams that can be fuckin scary......but I never wake up in a sweat or nothing.......but most of the time..they are just totally random and bizarre............

Like Indi mentioned ...thinkin about stuff before going to bed... I always do this and I can never get to sleep....(usually thinkin of what Im gona do to my Hachi..lol.....its like a never ending cycle of 86 thoughts.

Interesting..... I can't say that is the case for me...... like I don't got to bed thinking about blowing zombies heads off with a 92 Brigadier or thinking of people wanting to hunt me down.

I mean, you watch a horror movie, or you remember a friend getting shop, just before you fall asleep. This leads to nightmares or dreams, not always.

War heroes have this problem bad

My dreams are as so unrelated to anything I think of....like when Im concious these things simply do not occur in my mind......but once Im shuteye......my brain starts tripping.

FWIW, you ALWAYS dream while sleeping... you just don't always remember it.

Yeh I remember seeing a doco on dreams/sleeping ect.... and that was said......

also the brain contains naturally occuring psychoactive chemicals (The same chemical as DMT. this is released into the brain when born and when u die.....and has recently been found that it is released during a certain time during sleep) In my mind there is no doubt this is a highly contributing factor to why dreams are so abstract ect.................(these are scientific facts by the way)

(if u are not into or understand psychedelic chemicals then I dont expect u to understand what I am going on about)

if u have had DMT then there will be no doubt u will though.

i hear ya bro
man i havent remembered a dream for quiet a while..wel i might remember as soon as i wake up ..but then i sleep in and forget about it..
im gunna make full effort to remember my dreams ..as i find them very interesting to reflect on and can be insightful..
i think the style of music you listen before sleeping may affect the type of dreams you have
Drift86 do u still crank tha psy before you nod off? do these dreams happen when u dont listen to trance the night b4..??{withdrawal of psytrance syndrome eheh}
