hmm have you looked at work rims? they can be had with dish and i believe they are high quality light weight.
rays/volk also make some.

but most likely in both situations i think u would need to custom order so that would work out VERY expensive...

Yeh I like the Volk's especially the TE37's.... Work rims are very nice also... (both expensive though)

thats one of the reasons those Magnesium ultra lights appeal to me.. the price is pretty good.

particualy looking for rims that are a bit left of field... ie: ones that arnt commonly know...

hmm are you sure those "mag ultra lights" are "proper" light weight wheels? not jsut a set of cheap wheels in the style and guise of a proper light weight wheel?
its like all those "rally/street racer" wheels where all they do is paint them white or bronze and copy a real style... they look like the real deal but are crap quality and heavy..
im not saying those wheels are just thought you might want to look into it. dont tempe usual only sell "bling bling" 762inch chromies? http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/dry.gif

Just got an email back from Tempe.... I asked them the weight of the Ultra Lights.....

11kg per rim............. Hmm nothing really 'ultra light' about that.
(17x7")

how does this compare to your average 17" non lightweight rim.... so I can get an idea.....

(dissapointed a little to)

yeah, they should way at least 6 to 7kg on 17inch iven if they are chrome

.Magnesium Ultra Light is problably the name of the wheels. http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/sad.gif

I saw these 300w (brand name) speakers for sale for $50 when they where actually 70w for the PC

The average 15inch Ray's TE37 are 4kg
