Well its come time for mor epower from my 4ag and id like t run a few ideas infront of you and see where we end up.

Please feel free to throw in you own ideas at will.

Motor is a standard rwd 4age from a ae86, standard rebuild, new rings, bearings valve stem guides, hone and all the usuall rebuild shit that happens.

Now more power

1) adjustable cam gears, Fidanza Vernier Cam Gears

2) 304in/288ex cams from "wade cams", size not definate but i hear smaller inlet cam had torque benefits.

3) haltech or microtech ecu, which ever offers me value for money.

Im hope for around 75-85 rwkw. what you guys think. And im not fussed on quad throttles just yet, have i missed anything?

Cheers
Steve

-bigger radiator
-thermo fan
-oil coolers are cool not to sure how much more hp it makes.....
-good/better ignition system
Thats the plan for mine, they are easy to make a little bit of power out of just keep it simple

You will need to do the computer before anything or you won't notice a great deal difference.

Cheers

My stocker layed down 74.5 ATW with just a bodgy old Microleb MT8. That stuff should get you heaps more.

oil cooler is a safety issue more than anything, same with bigger radiator.
converting to elec fan can help get a little more power
