i would say jblood suits more a trueno while run free suits more the levin , i think the n2 is only for a true sprinter racing fan, vertes looks like a shoe box while wheres goodyear?

by the way, what's the colour they use on the run free called?

How about the DRFTAE86 special? The lip attached to the stock front bumper, that looks awesome. Post a pic of it man, you know you want to. Its so stylish. http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/biggrin.gif

In my bodykit collection pic on the first post..... the 1 i labelled 'vertex' could be a 'BN sports' kit. But wen i found the pic ages ago it was referred to as a vetex kit by the site it was on.

This is my DRFTAE86 special as referred to by Ozstrider.... it pretty damaged now. But it use to look nicer wen i first made it.

Thanks for the confirmation slyder. I thought it was a BN sports kit but wasn't 100% sure.

Heres a collection of a few other kits.
Please correct me if any of the kits are not labeled correctly.

i thought the streeter kit was just a copy of the vertex kit???

3rd July 2005, 01:50 PM
Streeter kit s a copy of a J Blood Kit as well as mould taken off a J Blood style Trueno. Mine I believe is a FRP bar on the hachi atm, only one ive seen here.

slide86
3rd July 2005, 02:22 PM
streeter kits are copies of lots of different ones
he makes j-blood, vertex, his own design and heaps more

tipper86
3rd July 2005, 03:14 PM
no the streeter kit is actually a j-blood kit modified. Look at the front bar, same square edges as the j-blood but with a extended, fatter lip. The side skirts are very similar to the j-bloods, and the rear bar is a custom make of his own. Looks like a s13/14 rear bar cut down and the number plate space removed.

I don't think ken actually makes Vertex kits for 86's, he just has TRD, J-blood, and his slidewayz kit.

Definately the BN kit as it looks very tough

nah man look at nathan's hachi
his is the j-blood copy by ken streeter
the j-blood kit has rear pods also, not a new rear bar. so thats another way of telling

JDM late model Kouki Levin front headlights and parklights with black "eyelids" - $1390, from Vision R (http://members.iinet.net.au/~visionr/)
those head lights are definately not cheap. alot of people get some black electrical tape or something.

Do anybody in Aus distribute them?.

Run Free=No. YOu might be able to find someone to get one in, but expect to pay big $$$ (I asked this question a little while ago)
Dont know about BN sports though.

tipper86
5th September 2005, 12:03 PM
well the Run free kits can be brought in but are around the 3k mark. My mate has just made a custom one off BN kit to suit the levin, it uses a s13 BN kit which has been modded, it looks super fat, with its pumped gaurds/flares, huge dished RS-8 16's etc. Once he finishes making the moulds, he is selling them around the 1600-2k mark, as they will be quiality.

verm69
5th September 2005, 05:13 PM
they're selling them on the gold coast at Adrenaline

not sure how much though... round the 900 mark i'm guessing. They make good kits too

*Edit* Sorry, forgot to mention i was talking about the BN sports

I'm a former panel beater & now CAD designer. Currently I'm helping fix up Ken's own cars & flare wheel arches for his wide bidy kits. I've been designing a kit for my S12 that'll be inproduction soon.
