Decided i'm going to ditch my 20v!!!
I want to get a ZE and turbo charge it with the 20v Quads.
Going to keep my 86 for track use only now.

Any ideas on the above would be appreciated.

KE70Drifter
28th September 2005, 01:34 PM
so why you getting rid of the 20v, you spent so much getting it going?? Keep the 20v head and just get a ZE bottom end. Best of both worlds http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/tongue.gif

20vtouge86
28th September 2005, 09:54 PM
So what would be involved with doing something like that?:
20v head, ze bottom end, 20v quads and a turbo?

Already have a small turbo, manifold and AFM to fit a 20v.

COSTS?
considering that i have the quads, 20v head, turbo, manifold, computer and already.

dude when i say your name i thought sweet there is more people out there like myself and a small selected number of friends who are dedicated to the mountain's, its just sad to see that more and more people are retreating to the safty of the track to take there 86's. more and more cars are leaving the road for track use only application. and for what i ask. the drift compitions in this coutry in my opintion leave something to be desired..... i love your car mate. and not because its got the latest paint or the nicest rims or the fatest kit i give it a 9 out or 10 for its pig look. undercoat paint 20v n/a motor and the idea that its used for the touge. after all the touge is where an 86's streagth's are. it just dissapointing to see thats all.

just my 2c's

im allmost 21 and ive had my license since the day i was 17 and according to queensland transport ive only had it 11 months. allways lost because of drifting and defects.(as we get big points lost for every defect in brisbane)

ive also found that its who u slide with and where u slide will determine how much attention you attract.

tho not all of as are so lucky. hey slyder.

i was not trying to cause shit just saying my 2 cents, its sad to see so many people retreat to the track. this country will never have the community that japan has for this soul reason.
