200degrees is huge for water temp
maybe the thermo is blow air through the radiator instead of sucking - check the polarities are correct

turbo motors tend to run hotter as the turbo heats up the oil
maybe look at a bigger radiator such as a celica one
make up some shrouds to direct air to the radiator

You can get the Nulon Red from any Autobarn store and only some Super Cheap. Approx. 2.5L (makes 7.5L enough for the Sprinter) cost $25 and about $40 (makes 15L) for the 5L bottle.

You would be blasting water all over the shop at 200C. Maybe you gauge is just incorrect, are you sure it's overheating?

im not sure what temp that cars ment to run at so not sure if its overheating or not,
as i said its only when im going slow and im not getting air over intercoolers and radiator, for example, i could dive for 3 hours doing 100k and it would cold as, bt then as soon as i puu ova to a servo or waht eva i can watch the temp go up on the gadge and the dash temp thingy. and it jsut keeps going up and up.

its reamed

soz its 200Fahrenheit witch is around 90 Degrease

be warned people i see a lot of toyotas come through our workshop using other than toyota coolant. these cars always chew through thermostat housings and hosefittings. http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/sad.gif it doesn't take long. play it safe and spend the extra cash come maintennance time. oils, coolants and filters are the cheapest parts in our cars yet we always buy the cheap shit!! go figure http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/blink.gif

p.s easy for me to say i get everything at trade or free!!! http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/biggrin.gif

perhaps a lower temp thermostat, and maybe a large oil cooler with remote filter setup. you could also try and release hot air from the engine bay by lifting the rear end of the bonnet with washers.
