springs compressed

i got my car "lowered" but its not that low and i want it lower

my question is it a good idea to compress springs??? so they are lower and how muhc/where would it be done???

any decent suspension shop can compress then re-set ur springs to the right setting or even stiffer or whatever,

it is fine to do, give some suspension places a ring. i think even some wheels shops can do it. just who ever you want to trust.
