Around the $700 mark, dump is roughly $300. But thats the price you pay for custom work. Oh well i got mine and very happy with finished product. Im located in Hobart, Tasmania. But wouldnt cost much to get one made and sent across.

Hey mate, i've just started up my own lil 4AGZE KE70 drift project n was jus wonderin what u usin 4 suspension. I was plannin to cut sum springs n use sum short stroke struts, but would love to know sum real items i can fit in there

KE70Drifter
19th September 2005, 10:36 AM
depending on how things go, im either going S13 coilovers front (requires some modification, guide on toymods) this allows for bigger brakes etc, then KYB shocks rear. If i dont go that you can get direct bolt in coilovers through "truenosedan" who runs AJPS.

Its because they are cheaper than a 86 and nearly the same, also if you right one off, you can spend $50 on a new shell http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/tongue.gif

The pain in the arse is trying to find RWD alternator brackets, i might try sorce some new ones as the old ones are hard to find. Glad people like the engine, might do some internal work next year, but its just been rebuilt, so all new parts + rebuilt engine = fun http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/tongue.gif

Here is that latest that has happend with my car, got the clutch and all on thanks to aaron. The spigot bearing was stuck in rather tight, also he put the adaptor plate together for me. Lastly got the crossmember in.

Here are some pics http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/tongue.gif

Clutch is a 6 puck ceramic button, 3.9kg alloy flywheel, and a 800kg pressure plate http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/tongue.gif

Damn Awesome work! just curious how easy is it to mate the W55-58 series gearbox's in an 86? on the back of the 4AGZE's? need to know this kinda info for my 4AGZE project which i'm working on down the road and can't be having broken gearboxes! ;o) and which one out of the 55-58 series would have the best ratio's etc? mainly for Drift/Circuit

KE70Drifter
8th December 2005, 12:26 PM
I can PM you the details of the guy that made my adaptor plate, etc and is helping with my car if you like. It adptor plate is 20mm so that moves everything from bell housing back 20mm so you need a custom tailshaft anyway. You can just buy a bell housing from nite parts or something in nz for about 400 i think, maybe more.

my car is on mates site atm, well my parts until i get the car looking nice http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/tongue.gif
