A while back there where sprinters around but people didn't really care about them, I enjoyed driving around un-noticed.

I sold her, and know that I'm trying to find another, its really hard with everyone wanting one and the high prices.

Congratulations, there are 76 hachi's on this forum:blink: plus myself, I bought one today http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/biggrin.gif .

Since in the future, most old sprinter owners will be selling them to us we could maintain a database of all the ae86's in Australia.

Yeah, hopefully ozeparts (http://www.ozeparts.com.au) will start selling spare parts for the ae86. That would be so nice.
Trying to find a AE86 in australia with the standard 4ac will probably be hard in a few more months.

Cheers

Database would be a sweet idea.

Maybe on the side we might find some of these people with 86's that dont know what they are or how good a car it is, and sell them to someone who would appreciate it.

http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/laugh.gif It's worth a try though http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/laugh.gif

Not really, depends who you talk to. I own a stock sprinter with a welded diff and it cost me an extra $0 dollars.

Its only when you want to be Ueo that costs a lot, but thats with any car, for eg:if you owned a s13 and you wanted to compete in the D1 level, well they came with viscous so that needs to be changed to a clutch type lsd, the suspension, power mods and chassie stiffning $$$$$$$$$. Also you will be spending more on tires than on a sprinter.

Sure I could make my life easy and install a better engine, but this is enough, at least for oran.

What would be even better is takumi wanabes crashing their cars where they shouldent be drifting so my sprinter goes up in value.
