i got my hachi about 3 months ago and had a flat tyre the very next day. must have been me excited about the lsd http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/smile.gif

this morning after a long night doin assignment on way home my tyre punctured again. and it has nothing to do with lsd as i have toned down and matured http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/cool.gif

found a pencil sized hole in middle of tyre surface. tyre had about 70% thread left as well http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/sad.gif

stop running over nails and you will be fine son.

screw retreads.. buy Wan-Lees.
Cheap to buy, and they are brand new as well..!
Costs under 100 for 18's... well, per tyre. But they last.

you dont want retreads, never!
my mate got a set when he got his rims.. the next day later the glue that kep the two together was leaking..
if u look along the side of a motorway m4 for example.. look how many shreaded up tyres there are.. not good at all jimbo =\

if you are a cabby that does city driving fair enough.. but not high speed intensity burning esp drift

if the puncture is in the middle of the tread, it can be fixed for about $20 at just about any tyre store. Besides, a group buy isn't the best of ideas for tyres, cos you will still need to take them to get fitted to your rims, which most tyre places will charge you for, thus negating any discount you may have gotten for bulk buying the tyres in the first place.
