Is there any way you can clean spark plugs? Would Throttle Body/Carby Cleaner work?

Yes but dont get too carried away with it, also try a (and becareful with it) a sharp blade (screwdriver if you have too) and a bit of sandpaper (120-240grit).
Dont forget to regap sparkplug before you put it back in.

If your stuck at the track with oiled up plugs and no cleaner, Here's a trick taught to me by a guy who was a mechanic on fighter aircraft in WW2 in the jungle in PNG.
Stick the plug in something upside down (like in a little pile of dirt, sand etc). Pour a capfull of petrol into the plug, and light it. Let it all burn up til theres nothing left, then (after you clean the dirt, etc off the outside of the plug) you should be clean enough to run again. This wont necessarily get rid of a heap of carbon build up though.

I shouldve asked, since the spark plugs are Iridium i wouldnt use sandpaper, carby cleaner and wire brush will work fine.
But if the plugs are at the stage you feel need to clean them, then id replace them.

Or maybe excess carbon build up due to rich fuel mixture, i know mine build up heaps to the point i get a bad idle and slight missfire if i dont clean em, but i only use the el-cheapo $18 for 4 plugs.
Iridium shouldnt get dirty/nee dcleaning after only 4000kms.
