ull save heaps of money buying parts individualy, ppl ask a premium for the hassle of scraping together a complete package.

if you want to save some dollars you can use the Auto pedal box and just replace the brake pedal and get a clutch pedal, all the holes and fittings are still there just one less pedal on the Auto's

you 100% about that buddy?? i sold a complete package a few months ago including hd clutch for $600, i've seen em go for $700-$800 though, marlon i can help you pull it out if need be

$600 seems reasonable.

i thought that with auto conversions you had to cut the firewall for the clutch master

or just add an extra 800 to make it $1400 and you'l have a complete 4age manual conversion for your ae71. plus il throw in a free ae71 with a bit of damage.

might have to rip the thing apart soon chris- il let you know

yeh may aswell have a full 4age package eh, i thought i could have gotten away with a few hundred dollars for the conversion. maybe i will just save for a 4age package.

i was just suggesting the complete 4age conversion because im too lazy to rip out the gearbox- would rather just sell it as a whole. il have to check up about the price.
if your planning to go 4age then would be easier to convert to manual at the same time your changing the engine anyways.

yeah mad, nah man, not to my knowledge, i had an auto ae71 and i'm almost 100% there was no bracket for it to just bolt in

Looked in an auto today after seeing this thread and I couldnt see any provision there for a clutch pedal, just as I thought.

I am still running the Auto peddle box in my now Manuel AE71

all I did was replace the brake and clutch peddle, I don't know man, it could be with the late model only, mine is a 9/1984.

but I guarantee you all I did was swap pedals, I even sold my manual pedal box (less pedals) as I didn't need it

I couldn't see it on my car until my old man ripped most of the carpet out and almost broke his back to see.

here a ke70 & ae71 man pedal box

ke70 man pedal box is the same as auto except no clutch padel and larger brake footpad
the ke70 doens't have that extra firewall support, if it even needs it?
