hey guys had my baby for a few months now, hoping to set it up around street and track drift usage.
here's the specs
Body:
1985 Red Toyota Sprinter
mis-matched blue bonnet (need to sand back and spray black)
Tint
Engine:
Jap spec 4ag 96kw
Hot Dog exhaust with dumper
Suspension:
Fronts
Bilstein blue shocks
ajps 7kg
Rears
kyb short stroke
ajps 5kg
Future mods:
Soon to be rego'd
T-series diff + lsd
needs a new driver seat hehe
rca
sigma controll arms
ra40 tie rods
cambertops
f&r sway bars
strut braces
4-1 extractors with 2.25 mild steel cat back with oval or cannon tip
harness brace
rear cage (maybe)
long way to go
its very revvy and punchy im quite impressed with it goes very well and i couldnt be more happy with the outcome so far.

Nothing liek a good wax and polish. Last time I did mine it rained for 4 days straight. Wasn't happy.

Did u paint the rear bumper? It looks smooth apart from that little damage.

yeh it was originally painted.
update, i failed blue slip yesterday due to rust on the rear quarter wheel arch. GO HACHI RUSTO!
fixed it up and took it again today and passed it =D

update my christmas present arrived today big ups to dave from AJPS the pink bits guy*reeeowww* i think close to every1 has bought products from him for their hachi and can vouch good reports as another from me.

another update
engine bay just had its wires neatly tied up
electrical tape on the headlights jdm yo!
rego this weekend and hopefully backyard oil service

damn that red hurts my eyes that is an awsome polish job u did. i used poly glaze polish and used maguires canuba wax only one coat, came out very nice it hides abit of fade on my roof http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/cool.gif

thats the hard wax i think
i used the red its a liquid form so u just got to apply it and rub it all over
just had a look at my old office computers while gutting them for spares
HMMM computer casing hmm fabrication for air pod heat shield?? HMM sounds like an experiment to play with over the x-mas break will let u guys know how it goes may even write up my first article xD

hey i got it from a guy from nissansilvia username "topstage"
great products and quick on delivery

sits relatively low but the front feels abit off with the shocks in now..the spring setup 7lg/5kg is very confortable even on bumpy roads the fronts i have yet to change.
also changed the oil.. it it was a little thick and black changed it with penziol street machine it revs more freely after 3,000rpm http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/cool.gif

you need 185/55/14 or 185/60/14 tyres,
dont listen to the guy that works there, or the guy thats says u cant put a 185 on a 7 inch rim...but thats what you need to stop scrubbing.. maybe 1 degree more pos caster would be good..

yeah tyre shop workers are normally retarded!
shoulda seen the look on the dudes face at a tyre shop we dont normally go to... 205/40/16 on an 8.5 rim (on a cressida)
