To get different rims you have to download a program called BeSpoke.

To see replays just press escape, then click replay in the top left menu.

As far as im aware, you can't play online with the S2 guys so theres no point.

Hmm, well for the first time in a month of so i open up lfs, but it has switched off my s2 licence, i went to the lfs main homepage to change my game password, and when i try to log in to s2 in the actual game it comes up with 'Unknown version' every time...

should i reinstall it or could it be fixed by downloading the patch (which i thought i did)

Try re downloading the patch, if it doesn't work re-install it.

I'm having trouble with lack of rear grip when skidding off the throttle, any idea? I've got 1mm of toe in on the rear, 18kn rear bar, 38kn front, 107 front springs, 90 rears.

What are some others settings?

already got 295's, only running .5 neg, supers are ghey, wear out way quick.

Experimenting with tyre pressures but doesnt seem to help that much off the throttle, have kind of set the car up to understeer slightly, works kind of.

most of it is timing and the setup you use. ask one of the more experienced driver for a setup for you car.

Thats how i got the hang of things when i used to play it.

Huw, in options under controls turn all the button rates up to full, and change the keyboard to stabilsed, helps alot!

Also, i prefer to run no parallel steer.

Hey guys I've gotten back to LFS recently and have spent a lot of time on the ADB (aussie drift boys) server, so much so that I am now a member of the team :2thumbs:
But I just got S2 a few hours ago so I might have to figure something out as the other guys are still on the demo lol

Anyways I just particapated in a full on drift practice on fern gold reverse for the first time and despite being in the little XRG I think I did pretty good.
Also I might get into a little bit of skinning now (some pretty inspiring stuff out there)

I'd be happy to have a battle or two sometime if you see me out there my tags DCC No.77 or ADB No.77

i love the drift servers don't get me wrong, but the cruise servers are fun. bank robberies police chasers and shit.

don't knock them until u try them... earn ur cash to get the good cars.. makes u enjoy thrashing the XRR sideways round the OUTSIDE of drifting xrt's. LOL.

YOu also meet some awesome people through Drift and Race servers.
If you want to go "rob a bank" or get chased by "police" you have Most wanted and Carbon for that.

Stona...To move the replay camera around freely it is...Shift+U

Huw...To get to the 86DC Server, you need to have the online connection set to DEMO, then the easiest way is to click the connect to specific server button...then type in AE86DC Drift....thats if its still around ;)

seriously how do you stop spinning out. its rediculous. ive tried so many different settings. open diff, locked diff, lsd. i can get the corner good then when i straighten out it just starts fish tailing and then spinning out, whether i have throttle or not. WTF!!!!!!!

practice practice practice

i used to spin ALL the time when i first got it. but i practiced SO much and now I'm at least 300% better.

you need to read back a page or two, Meathead #2 posted something bout parallel steering and such. it makes a big difference.

i think thats in the options menu, not in the car setup
