well I reckon I better talk some crap about my car.. so here it is

1983 Aus Spec Sprinter

ENGINE
-16 Valve Bigport 4AGE conversion
-TRD copy 4 into 1 Extractors
-Redline Twin Side Draught Carby Manifold
-40mm Dellorto side draught Carbs

DRIVE TRAIN
-Extreme Heavy Duty Clutch
-Locked S-series Diff

SUSPENSION
-Angle Grinder Spec Springs
-Standard shocks

WHEELS
-15X7 +5 Longchamp XR4's (front)
-15X7 +5 SSR MK1's (rear)

BODY
-Whiteline Tail lights
-Dented Hatch
-Bog

I am planning / in the process of:
-Front Coilovers (AJPS or S13, havent decided yet)
-Short stroke Shocks and some sick un cut springs
-Corona Control Arms
-Roll Centre Adjusters
-T-Series Diff

I want it! It's so nice. How much has this set you back? This is sort of what I plan to do when I get my Sprinter for a while.

If you were to sell this, how much do you think it'd go for? I'm just looking for a ballpark figure on what I'd have to pay for something like this.

ive spent so far about 5 grand so far including the price of the car.

Ill get some better pics when I get hold of a digital camera again.

I havent got as far as the ignition bit yet, but I think ill use after market electronic ignition, like one of those crow cams fireball units or something, I have been playing around with some different dizzy's, but I havent found anything that fits/will work.

In the process...... I gotta get a plate made up to space the manifold out and I gotta get the manifold welded up, its got a pinhole leak... stupid redline....

yeah sounds nuts dude r u keepin it street?if u get it runnin id like to c how the engine goes should go hard as with some carbs on the side.

yeah gonna keep it mainly street, try and get out to the track a bit... But im moving to queensland in June, and I hear that they are a bit more chillax about cars over there.

Finally did some work today, got the radiator in, hooked up all the coolant lines, and heater hoses. I also made some dodgy bonnet spacers, but I think the bonnet sits a bit too high.

Hopefully I will get my manifold spacer back today from the laser cutters, then I can bolt on my manifold.

Yeah its pretty good up here in QLD when u get down give us a buzz....most the local hachi guys a great and there alot of action on the street so to say....and also QLD raceway!

I got my trolley jack back today, so I got under and bolted up the tail shaft. Im hopefully picking up some corona control arms tommorow. Also on the look out for a J-blood kit. Its getting closer http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/biggrin.gif
