hey all i thought i would start a new thread for my car. this is because my on one was clutted with my old and new car.

so anyways here it is. for some strange reason its exactly the same colour as my old one. i swaped apnnels over and shit and its the same, weird.

SPECS:

RUNNING GEAR:
motec m48
custom loom and all new sensers
4agze
collect turbo manafold + braided oil/water lines and fittings
gt28rs turbo
400 x 300 x 75 intercooler


SUSPENTION:
kyb agx front shocks (short stroke 4 way adjustable)
kyb agx rear shocks (short stroke 8 way adjustable)
koni coilover sleve kit
8kg ajps front springs
6kg ajps rear springs
whiteline adjustable Panhard rod
T3 35mill rca
Whiteline 24mm front sway bar
Whiteline18mm rear sway bar
sigma control arms
tarago rear end (big and beafy, has a 4:1 center or something liek that)


Body:
trd wing
car is fully spot welded
15x7 mesh rims
striped interior
full roll cage

STOPPING:
stock front brakes
tarago rear drums
braded front brake lines


other shit i have to be installed:
T3 camber tops
T3 upper hat system
front strut braces
eletric water pump and controller
fiber glass fixed back dride seat
revolution race gear side mounted alloy seat rails
hks copy bov (not sure if im gona install this or not
10inch thermo fan
METAL CAT
sr20 oilcooler and relocation kit
street body kit
custom surge tank
bosh in tank fuel pump
bosh in line fuel pump
dashmatt
have all the shit i need to relocate battery to the boot or were eva i want it

there is probably more but have forgoten


thing that i need to do before the car gets on the road:

wiring
piping
zorst
interior
mod the dash
pad the cage
fuel system
sort out all the spark system
handbrake
bleed the brakes and clutch
put bonnet and gards back on
get a radiator that fits
fit the kit
get front tow hooks
get brackets for the handbrake (were cut of for some farket up reason)
get t18rear half of the tail shaft
fill the holes in the floor were the bungs are missing
ignition barrel
new door locks
+ install all the shit that i mentioned above.

i would like to thank my mate adam for helping me swap most the shit from my old shell to this new one
also brett for helping me out with a fair bit
and jason for helping out with the wiring

the surface rust is from cutting out parts of the cage and the crappy custom dahs shit. all the metal files and crap are rusting, easy to fix get get wire brush onto it.

thats for comments, im not really sure how much i have spent so far, would be around 15k i think, tahts on this car and all the parts and labour and shit. to be honest im not really sure were all that money went lol

yeah i didnt lan on spending so much. but hopfully it will be worth it when it gets going, cant wait for the day i can legally drive in on the road. first mountan run and shit will be heeps kool.

If you havent got a radiator yet go one from a st165 celica, i am told they bolt straight into a sprinter and they cost about $100-150 from pick & payless with twin thermos.

I got one in my KE70 and it keeps the SR cool just fine and thats on only 1 thermo fan and no engine fan http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/2thumbs.gif

yea u bought this car off jim in hurstville didnt ya? my cousin was goin to buy it, he forgot to mention it is built to IPRA class and was built for a 3s, and used to have a full willwood brake setup, the chassis has been acid dipped and the rest of it

decided to put the gards and light and shit on the car today, also started working out intercooelr piping and its easy as pie, the shit on the ground is the old stuff that im not gona use.

as you can see the flared gards, not best job but there alright.

ahh forgot also orderd a KOYO type s radiator, i wanted better but thats the best i could affored. pretty expensive but its brand spanking so its all good.

got radiator today, only took a week to get here from japan so thats not to shab, now ineed some brackets to keep it in place plus hoses and shit.. might post a pic up of it later
