Id though id write this up seeming there is quite little on how to do this.

It's really easy, first line up the cam gears so that the little dimples are in line with the extruded line on the cam cover back.

Next line up the crank to TDC by aliening the notch on the cam drive wheel with the dimple on the oil pump.

Then just put on the belt making sure the gears don't move, the right of the belt goes on 1st as there so be no slack on that side.

Once done reinstall the tensioner pulley and torque the bolt to 27 ft-pounds. (It should belt should be quiet tight between the to cam gears, 1kg moves it 2mm by using a small weight)

Also some good extra info Extra Info (http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forum/index.php?showtopic=6389&st=0&gopid=240270&#entry240270)

Done

Note: If you cams have been modified and only one of the two knock pin holes are left, going anticlockwise from the front of the wheel, there is 15 teeth between the holes, so remark the dimple accordingly.
