T25g turbo

hey pplz.
how to turn a turbo?
can u turn them from the exhaust housing? u know those 4 bolts that they have?
can u just undo those 4 bolts and turn them?? as with a high mount the oil return line sit on top and the oil feed line is on the bottom.

yeah spray liberally with inox,wd40,crc..etc
then loosen the nuts and slowly gives it a few taps to loosen
then rotate and tighten back up

so i dun need to change any seal?
and what about the compressor one with the circlip i just take the circlip out and then just turn it??

yeah, just remove the circlip and you can turn it 360
