thaught i mite update as everybody else is.
tried some 195/50r15 falken ze329 stretched over my 9s......... they are one of the worst tyres i have used up front. nankang ns2s grip better in the wet.
i hit the tyre wall. stupid tyres. i like to blame the lack of grip up front. but hey it was my fault for trying a different setup at a comp.
also got a genuine bride seat rail coming, as my home made one is no good
here are a couple of pics i found.

rear bar is already half repaired. and chasing some fibreglass front guards. going to leave rear quarter until re-flare rear guards.
damage is not to bad considering how hard i hit them.
in that second pic i had been to the pits and pulled it out.

geeeezz louise!
I'm not usually a fan of the color matched kit on ae86
but man...you've pulled it off brilliantly
combined with the uber dark tint, it looks fantastic.
unlucky about the damage there, doesn't look to bad though!
hope you got plenty of that color spare!

Brad,
Got detailed pics of the external oil drain and your sump?
I have a idea on what I wanna do, but the more pics and opinions on how to go about it, the better
Finally picked up my CA head from the machinists last week, so half motorvated to actually work on the shitbox

i do not have any pics.
i was in such a rush when i put them in i did not take pics. and with how close the engine sits to the firewall it would be hard to get pics too.
basicly i removeds the 2 welsh plugs in the back of the head and got an engineer to make me up some fittings with 0 rings that slide in there. (could of made a better setup if i had the head in pieces)
then the same as the turbo oil drain but on the other side of the sump.
also used an NA exhaust cam cover as the oil breather points streight up instead of forward to stop any oil from traveling up hill to the catch can also.
all the things that i have done are just basic bolt on crap.
here is a dodgy pic.
any more questions fire away, of if you want any more pics.

Brad aka Steroidchickens, was out there kicking ass in his CA18 powered Levin Hatch like he normally does. All was going well until the end of the day, where Brads car was part of an incident where an S15 Silvia ran into him. Although the damage was not that bad, and surprisingly Brad was not too worried about it, the moment of the point of impact actually made my heart cringe.[/b]
