I thought I'd post links to some of the useful body and wiring info I could find. To make it easy for people.

This page (http://www.aeu86.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=35506#35506) at aeu86.org has good links (JDM part #s and link to EPC).

AE86 body manual (http://files.aeu86.org/manuals/AE86Manual.pdf) (100Mb) as a direct link taken from the above site.
4AGE repair manual (http://files.aeu86.org/manuals/4A-GEManual.pdf) (92Mb) also from the above site.

Here (http://www.toymods.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2943) is a smaller (~2Mb) version of the body and engine (4AC and 4AGE) wiring, though you'll probably need to print them and stick them together to really get it happening.

Club4ag's technical page (http://www.club4ag.com/technical_main.htm) is one of the best resources around. Further down this page you will find this:
Engine wiring diagrams (http://www.club4ag.com/technical_main.htm#4A-GE/GZE%20Specifications%20and%20Data) for almost every 4A, including ECU pinouts.
^^^ THIS IS VERY USEFUL, TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT IT.

About all that is missing is an AFM DLI 4AGZE wiring diagram and a blacktop wiring diagram (pinouts given, but no diagram).

Please only post here if you have info to add. If you want to ask a question, please do it in another thread.

Thanks and I hope this helps.
Hen

Quick edit - Apparently blacktops are similar enough to silvertops in the wiring department that you can use a silvertop diagram for the blacktop. Main differences are all wires to the AFM are deleted and replaced by wires to the MAP sensor, also the circuit opening relay is controlled by the FC pin on the ECU not the AFM. club 4ag tech (linked to above) shows the pinout differences from sliver to black, so this will make the job even easier.

Also, parrot has posted AE92 DLI GZE diagrams somewhere, I just can't find them now. There are also detailed manuals here (http://www.aeu86.org/viewtopic/factoryelectricalwiringdiagramsampenginediagnosism a/t/4161) again thanks to Parrot.

i have added the USDM book too. As with the 1983 Euro/Aust EWD and factory TCCS diagnosis manual, all have now been kindly hosted by aeu86.org via the link above. Maybe useful for Aus people with regard to trueno lights, power windows, power mirrors etc though of course there are differences.

Maybe useful for us ae86 though! wink.gif
