Any luck with finding finding a new pulley? I've just put in an order for one this morning $60 brand new from toyota.

are you sure that toyota has ordered you the correct part, i got a quote for $240, with a wait of about 3-4 weeks!!!!

not sure of part number, the gze engines have two idler pulleys, both of which are identical, all gze variants have this setup with the same pulleys.

You're right they guy at Toyota got the wrong one for me. The gze use the smooth type whereas the one he got is just a normal pulley and he insisted that it was for a gze http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/sad.gif . Anyway I've asked my mechanic to find one for me she said he might have some in his shop.

Condo1 is the part number 88440-17010 or 88440-32030 ?? can you measure the diameter of the pulley you got? and the diameter of the hole in the middle of the pulley, so I can compare with the one I've got.

Thanks

cando 1, i only need the pulley not the entire cast iron bracket, if it came from a gze i'll take it, it looks like this

how much do you want including sending to newcastle? , i assume it's in good shape (ie no bearing noise!)
thanks,
matty.
