Condition: As new, never had a tyre fitted to them. Two have never even been pulled out of the box

Are they 3 piece or just 1?

and seeing that they are 8 inch with 0 offset, does that mean they stick out 4 inches (from hub surface) and stick inwards 4 inches?

They are one piece I believe, but I have not tried to pull them apart.

The backspace measurement is 4.5" (114mm). Thats from the edge of the rim to where it mounts to the hub on the inside of the wheel.
