Um, rotors will all look different depending on what they're to suit, but they're just standard slotted rotors. No fancy colors or drilling etc. The only one that really is worth putting up is the RDA Gold Passivated Slotted and Dimpled:

Otherwise just go to www.rdabrakes.com.au for the rest of the pics.

Hi mate,

Unfortunately with these you've got a few options... Need to know if your front rotors are solid or vented, and whether your rear rotors are a hat type rotor, or a hub type rotor. The more common option is solid front rotors ($89 each) and hub rears ($59 each).

Regards,
Greg

NIZLAH
8th June 2010, 05:31 PM
Yeah cool just went had a look to confirm, fronts are solid floating disc (this is what you mean by hat correct?) and rears are solid hub type (by this you mean it houses the wheel bearings etc correct?)

Don't require fronts just yet but defiantly need rears pretty soon, so just shopping round for the most competitive pricing.

How much is postage on a pair of rears to 4127 Brisbane?

Cheers

gslrallysport
8th June 2010, 05:34 PM
Yep, that's correct, sounds like you've got the more common option. Courier would be $8.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is a Zenki rear end? Is that just standard AE86 JDM rears?

10th June 2010, 11:08 PM
no ignorance ple accepted the zenki is the small axle t series jdm diff with a disc rear end i thought that there might be a difference in disc between kouki (big axle) and zenki (small axle) rear disc if there isn't 2 listings for early and late model discs i guess they are the same but is there a chance you could pm me with a cost of a pair of slotted rotors for the above?

cheers

gslrallysport
11th June 2010, 12:08 PM
Hi mate,

I've never come across 2 different rear listing, so we'll assume they're the same. $215 for a pair of slotted.

hey mate, i asked about the rda272 ages ago(car build time frame blew right out), just wondering if you can get these rotors in blanks?
As I need to have a different pcd drilled in them.

gslrallysport
13th April 2011, 10:10 AM
Hi mate,

Na, VERY few rotors are brought over by DBA or RDA in blanks. But what stud pattern are you going to?

Regards,
Greg

aussierider
14th April 2011, 11:55 AM
ahh, umm the rotors are beiing used in a Hilux caliper, corona hub and strut, conversion.
So what ever the pcd is of the corona disk i guess, some people tihnk you can get away with just slotting the one or two of the holes, but i would rather get them re drilled, and turned down to 266mm correctly.
Are you guys capable of redrilling disks? it's no hassle for me to have them done locally, but it does save a bit of running around.

thanks

Erik

gslrallysport
20th April 2011, 10:56 AM
Hi Erik,

You shouldn't have to slot any of the hole, and if you're going from 4 stud to 4 stud, just offset the holes 45 degrees.

We don't do any redrilling in house.

Regards,
Greg
