Well i took photos of my progress today when i was putting on anouther lip.
I use to just have garden edging the same way but i still prefer an old bumper because the shape of it, the lines follow the car and the top of curved.
First off u will need,
Drill
1/8th drill bit
Pop rivit gun
pop rivits
ke70 bumper (or anything else like that)
paint
saw (what ever to cut the bumper)
Righto' first off take the old bumper plastic of the support and cut of the sides, easy done.

Now cut some lines verticle all the way down the bar so its easier, and then cut horizontally all the way accros the bottom.

And this is what it should look like now, easy.

And now the brackets that hold on the lip, these are pretty self explanatory, i just cut out 4 bits off aluminium from a sheet of it and then bent it to the angle i wanted. and then use 2 pop rivits on each one to hold it onto the bottom of the front apron.

Now just test fit it, drill front behind so the holes line up, and just hold it there with pop rivits which arnt popped yet, so u can take it off. Now while its on the car get a marker and mark some lines where u want to cut the edges to make it flow with the car. take it off the car and cut away.

The edges will most likely be abit crap now, so i just used a belt sander to clean it all up, and then put it on for one more test fit.
