Ok so i Figured I should throw up a members ride page.

Bought it off THE DODGIEST asian guy ever, set me back 550 bucks. The guy wanted 1000. I loled.

MAKE: 1983 KE70 Corolla CS (5 speed yo)

INTERIOR:
-Carpet ripped out
-Thrashed out seats front and back
-Dodgo stereo install from hell.(Casette too>.>)
-Alpine 6X9's surprisingly decent.
-Disconnected immobiliser
-Lotsa loose wires, and a random switch which i have no idea what it does.
-Perfect dash, stoked about that.
-Really big stock steering, Clock where tacho should be:(

ENGINE:
-4K 1.3L PUSHROD wootz.
-Sounds like something is bubbling.
-Thrashed out clutch
-"Never goes over 1/4 on temperature, never goes over 1/4" Quoted from dodgy asian guy.

DRIVETRAIN:
-Stocko

SUSPENSION:
-Stocko

EXTERIOR:
-Stripped all the badges off. (Except the 5 speed one. Thats staying.)
-Stripped off the weird plasticy strips.
-Stripped off brown lines down the side
-Stocko wheels, though they are brand new, lots of tread.
-Lots 'o' Rust
- AJPS sticker, WA Drift sticker, for shits and giggles.
-P Plates, Curtin Parking sticker anddd Rego sticker.

So far I've pulled out both the front and back seats to get the crap out from under them (found $6.80 slowly recouping my losses) decided to pull out the carpet while i was at it because it was gross. Also ripped out the centre console because the lid was broken and pulled out the bit between the dash and the centre console as well.

Speaking of which if anyone wants those bits they can have em for free, throwing them out on thursday.

Managed to half fill my bin the day after rubbish pickup with the crap that the dodgy old guy left in there.

Ill throw some pics up when my camera battery charges, soo probably tomorrow morning.

On another note, got a mate with a tacho instrument cluster hes gonna give me for free. Pretty stoked about that.

Couple of weeks from now the rust will be cut out, plated and bogged. Then its paint time.

Ok been throwing a few things around with my cousin and having an idea brewing.

Considering removing the front bumper.

And changing the lights on the side of the headlights to Indicators, by painting it with lens paint and just rewiring the lights.
Also changing the stock headlights to h4.

reckon it'll look good, once the jdm lip is put onto the bottom. Gonna take the bumper off in the next week or so to see how it'll look.

Unless someone wants to photoshop it for me.

On another note, ordered my nardi deep corn off natetune today. cant wait.

Im fairly sure they're the original plates, so like 23 yrs old.

rofl , those plates aren't dirty. The paint has somehow stripped off them. I tried cleaning them:(

Installed a new seatbelt onto the passenger side.

Bought a new mech for the drivers window as the teeth were worn on the current one.

Also got two new windows because the channel at the bottoms of mine were worn out. Windows ended up not fitting as they were off an ae71. Damn wreckers-.- cant get a refund either so spoke to my grandad about it, hes gonna take the channels off the new windows and put them on the original windows. Get that done sunday.

Spoke to a guy about getting an s13 front end. ie rotors callipers hubs struts control arms. Anyone know if the s13 control arms are usable on the keto or if i need to get different ones? ill troll the tech forum in a sec. was quoted 850 for the lot.

Same guy offered me 2 bucket seats, no name brand i think for 250, might weedle that to 1000 the lot.

Spoke to the guys at tenagah about it, they reckon the guys at KYP might be able to get some for me. So...can you?

It includes struts but they arent coilovers. Highly doubt im getting any camber tops either.

Yeah so anyways new developments.

Parents move to queensland in december so they're leaving me and my sister the house. so now i have a double garage to tinker with it.

Also might be getting a 5k "grant" for lack of a better word from dad because he just sold the other house. pretty stoked atm.

Hooked up my tacho dash, ripped out the dodgo stereo and the whole console thing holding it.

Got my Nardi and put that on.

Thats about it i think.
