i worte an essay like these in year 12 english half- yearly exam. it wasnt worth anything on my assessment and the teachers said that the 3.5hr exam would give us the "HSC exam experience". i was pissed because i had another half-yearly worth something towards my assessment which was another 2hrs on the same day.

i was told all i had to do was show up and i would be marked as there. so i did. i showed up and got marked on the role and then said "ok im leaving now, gonna do some study for an exam thats worth something", and they wouldn't let me leave. they said i had to do the exam. so i did.

i wrote an essay like these and the teachers got pissed. the head english teacher (who was an out of the closet full blown 50yr old dyke) went crazy after she read it and threatened me with expulsion and no HSC and said it would go on my permenant record (oh noes!).

i just gave a formal apology in the form of a letter explaining why i did what i did holding nothing back and the principle said along the lines of "theres no reason why he could get expelled. he showed up and did the exam which was worth nothing on his assessment, and yes what he wrote may have been offensive but thats no reason to expel someone." he was a bloody champ. he probably disliked the ugly dyke too.

the dyke english teacher then just said to me "were gonna keep a close eye on you" and gave me an angry face; so i looked her in the eye, smiled and said "really?", then raised my eyebrows like i was flirting with her. she got even more pissed but there was nothing she could do.

that happened 5yrs ago now but i still remember it like it was yesterday.
