Yeah thanks guys. Ive just built it up with bits and peices that I have collected over the last 10 years of sprinter ownership, I think I get more enjoyment out of building them than I do driving them!!! But I have no where to store this one any more as I moved into an appartment, so its gotta go.

Yeah the front and rear bars are a litte wonky but in reasonable condition for original items. The grill is just your factory type levin letter box grill.

Let me know if there is any other info or pics you want of the car. I'm happy to do what I can to help interstate buyers.

Ballarat is about 120km from Melbourne, train or bus would be your best bet I guess. There is an airpost here but its more commercial, I think you would have to charter a flight special. But by the time you stuff around with plains trains and buses, you could probably just drive it. Its about around 6 hours each way to Adelaide.

Sparkle86
30th January 2008, 07:27 AM
Thanks. There is no real reason that it dosent have RWC or reg, just that I havent got around to it yet i guess. It wouldn't need much though, some tyres and a muffler are prob about it.

After my investigation, I am ruling in favour of the seller

Legally a deposit is a deposit and if a buyer backs out they are not entitled to their deposit back

The seller in this case has agreed to a 50% refund, proving to me that they have been fair AND reasonable

Jarryd, you stuffed the seller around and backed out... Legally you are entitled to ZERO, but have been compensated.

That is all

Good luck to the buyer who comes up with the cash... Looks like a sweet car. Wish I had the csh myself!
